For anyone who is interested in learning more about glass and its use
Guardian LamiGlass® is a laminated glass made of two or more panes bonded together with clear PVB interlayers. By using different glass types, and varying the number of interlayers, it can deliver a wide range of performance benefits.
Guardian LamiGlass® brings a whole range of added benefits to glass – from security enhancement and UV protection, to improved sound insulation. The PVB interlayers can help retain fragments if the glass is broken, for example. Or it can be formulated to better resist forced entry.
Guardian LamiGlass® can absorb up to 99.5% of UV light, which could help prevent furnishings and artwork from fading. It can also be combined with SunGuard® and ClimaGuard® glass to offer improved solar control and thermal insulation.
With so many performance options Guardian LamiGlass® can be used in many applications. These include curtain walls, facades, windows, overhead glazing, partitions, balustrades, floors, doors, furniture, aquariums, art galleries and museums.
