Description of the project
The Exchange Tower is a commercial building located in Business Bay, Dubai. It consists of 28 floors, three basement and podium levels and a ground floor. The Exchange Tower offers features such as 24/7 security, covered parking spaces, high-speed elevators, the latest communication technology, green open spaces with walkways, lagoon-side cafe and restaurants, as well as state-of-the-art safety and electrical systems. Additional amenities located in the building include a beauty salon, bank, clinic and pharmacy.
Due to its prime location, there is easy access to the rest of the city via Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as the Dubai Metro. Business Bay is Dubai's thriving business district and the place to be for modern businesses.
