Description of the project

The São Paulo Corporate Towers are One of the most emblematic projects in the city of São Paulo. Combining beauty and performance, they are a landmark on the city landscape.

The glass used in the project contributes to a high visual impact, to acoustic and thermal comfort, while allowing natural light to enter the development. The use of Guardian SunGuard®High Performance (HP) AG43 with its solar control properties can contribute to energy savings, for example reducing air conditioning consumption.

The development meets the requirements of LEED platinum core & shell certification and Brazilian (NBR) and international (ASTM) standards.
