Santa Fe Square

Santa Fe Square stands as the crowning achievement of a decade-long metamorphosis in Tulsa’s Blue Dome District. This mixed-use development breathes new life into an underutilized lot, shaping it into an engaging, pedestrian-centric public square that beckons the community to slow down and savor the surroundings. The architecture blends contemporary classical elements, pays homage to the area’s industrial heritage, channels the sophistication of Tulsa’s early Art Deco patrons and anchors the identity of the District. Its 12-story tower is clad with SunGuard SNX 51/23 on clear glass, giving the project a standout neutral-blue aesthetic.
