The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Description of the project

Reserva Malbec is a project belonging to the “Reserva” collection by Brasal Incorporation. It was designed with the goals of high-quality living, comfort, and practicality. The use of laminated Guardian SunGuard™ High Performance AG43 solar control glass offers a silver dynamic aesthetic and helps to achieving thermal comfort, natural daylighting, and solar control properties. The glass also contributes to a good vision-to-spandrel matching, giving the building a consistent appearance from floor-to-floor.
