122 Leadenhall - The Cheesegrater

The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project

Mary Idema Pew Library Learning and Information Commons offers students a thoughtful spectrum of environments for deep learning, ideation, sharing and collaboration.

With its exterior recently reglazed with SunGuard ® SN 68 on clear glass for its neutral appearance and exceptional mix of solar control, thermal performance and light transmission, the Commons comes alive to its purpose anew. It presents fresh, engaging views of the campus and surrounding ravines while helping conserve energy through Michigan’s famously dynamic weather.
