Professional photography of 85 Jay Street in Brooklyn, NY.

At 1.1 million square feet and spanning a full city block, Front & York is an unmistakable landmark in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The architecture draws inspiration from the nearby Manhattan Bridge to reflect the industrial history of the area. A pair of 21-story buildings rise from a unifying podium, featuring 2,500 factory-style windows bathing each home in natural light. SunGuard™ SN 68 on clear was selected for its clarity and transparency, allowing residents to fully appreciate the panoramic views. The glass also helps put a contemporary reinterpretation on DUMBO’s historic warehouse aesthetic, leaving a lasting impact on the neighborhood’s skyline.
