The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.
The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project
The Faurecia Corporate Building in Puebla, Mexico was designed by spAce architects and features Guardian SunGuard® AG 50 on Crystal Blue coated solar control glass on Clear Glass in its glazed facade. The performance of the glass combined with the advanced technologies and environmentally friendly building systems provide more efficient work spaces for employee development, improved air quality and efficient use of energy.
