122 Leadenhall - The Cheesegrater

The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project

Situated in the heart of Dubai, Wyndham® Dubai Deira is a 4-star hotel that overlooks the waterfront of historic Deira. The 14-floor-hotel was designed by @DP Architects Private Limited.

Its façade is covered in a double silver coated solar control glass, Guardian SunGuard® DS Grey T. The glass, which has a sophisticated neutral gray appearance, was also chosen for its ability to help meeting the thermal performance and solar control requirements of the building.
