The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.
The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

High Park Querétaro is a smart building that marks the future of contemporary architecture, providing occupants with first class facilities with luxurious finishes and accomodation that makes the project an ideal place for corporate life. Developed by Varabyeu Partners, it is clad in 8,100 square meters of Guardian SunGuard® HD Royal Blue 20 coated solar control glass and 10,500 square meters of Guardian SunGuard® HP Royal Blue 41/20, which provide thermal insulation to the building, while improving its overall energy performance.
