The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Professional project photography of Broadwest in Nashville, TN.

The Broadwest Towers unify a mixed-use development that embodies the progressive, open, positive and inspiring spirit of Nashville. Combining a hotel/residential tower with an office tower, the project faced the unique challenge of requiring the same glass product for two glaziers, a challenge successfully met by selecting SunGuard™ SNR 43 coating on clear glass. This glass selection not only unified the aesthetic but also met the stringent performance goals of the development. Adding a distinctive architectural touch, the fins on the office tower were anchored using the pocket anchor method, showcasing innovative problem-solving and elevating Broadwest as a landmark in Nashville’s architectural landscape.
