Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Caudwell International

Description of the project

Brickell City Centre is a landmark mixed-use development in Miami, in the center of South Florida’s international trade and finance corridor. The project includes a premium shopping complex, two residential towers REACH and RISE, the first EAST hotel in the United States, and two mid-rise office towers. REACH and RISE are 43 stories of luxury condo/apartments featuring SunGuard® SNR 43 on clear architectural glass - the EAST hotel is covered with SunGuard® AG 43 on clear . Both products are designed to control solar heat gain from the south Florida sun.
