Birmann 32 is the new commercial venture in São Paulo, with more than 52 thousand square meters, the complex includes square, theater, rooftop, and spaces open to the public - in the heart of the famous Faria Lima Avenue. The building became famous because of the giant whale in the area, transforming the place in a landmark of São Paulo.
To ensure thermical control and energy efficiency, were specified more than 20 thousand square meters of SunGuard™ High Performance Neutral Plus 50 glass in all its facade. Due to that, the birmann 32 has triple A classification, LEED Platinum Certification and Green Building Certification, making the property one of the select group of best buildings in the city, transforming the building in a reference of standard technical specification and corporate images.
