SunGuard HD Bronze was the preferred choice to create a consistent, aesthetically-pleasing exterior colour combined with a very natural and neutral view from the interior. Apart from this, SunGuard HP Silver 40 and Neutral 40 were the ideal sustainable choices to combine solar control and low emissivity performance.
Guardian Glass Analytics and the Guardian Performance Calculator were important components in the success of this project. These online tools offer a comprehensive suite of engineering and analytical reports that demonstrate the advantages of high-performance glass in building facades.
The dynamic building using the solar protective and energy-efficient glass provides a range of amenities such as a recreational rooftop, meeting and conference rooms, events area, and other business essential services. The building’s smooth glass façade is a great technical achievement in itself. Every aspect of Centra reflects ingenious thinking behind it.
