Designed by Wilkinson Eyre, Aldgate Tower is one of London’s iconic tower buildings. The 16-storey office building is located on the corner of Whitechapel High Street and Commercial Street and is one of the district’s most recognizable office towers. The building has a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Guardian SunGuard™ SuperNeutral (SN) 40/23 coated solar control glass was chosen for the building’s beautiful, glazed façade, including curved sections. SN 40/23 offers high natural light transmission, while helping performance through solar control and thermal insulation. With a neutral transmitted and reflected color, the glass has a sophisticated appearance that is ideal for fully glazed facades. The glazed façade provides enhanced comfort for occupants.
