How glass is made and what it offers
The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.
The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.
Curved glass, punch windows and precast stone panels make up the envelope on a figure-of-eight footprint.

Experience the benefits of advanced technology, helping to keep the car’s occupants comfortable. Our low emissivity technology limits heat transfer, while the low, neutral internal reflection helps provide an unobstructed view.
With Guardian SilverGuard, car occupants can enjoy thermal comfort all year round. The low emissivity technology limits heat transfer, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature inside the car, regardless of the weather outside.
The low internal reflectivity of Guardian SilverGuard coating provides a view with limited disturbance from reflectance coming from inside the car. Additionally, it is designed to withstand the wear and tear of time, and provide long-lasting durability. The advanced coating technology used in the production of Guardian SilverGuard helps keep the coating in good condition and effective, even after prolonged exposure to the elements and the interior of the car.
Compared to standard glazed sunroofs, the advanced low emissivity technology of Guardian SilverGuard can help reduce the energy consumption associated with air conditioning and heating systems. Additionally, Guardian SilverGuard can make the use of blinds unnecessary, potentially reducing the weight and height of the car, and as a consequence, helping to reduce its energy consumption. This makes it a good solution for electric vehicles, where energy efficiency is crucial.
