Description of the project

The building is an award-winning four-star hotel previously known as The One at Jumeirah Village Circle. The 40-storey tower is characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows that allow visitors to enjoy the views. Guardian SunGuard® DS Silver T is a double silver coated solar control glass that provides the hotel with abundant natural light while managing heat and shade inside the building, all this while differentiating the project’s façade with stunning silver aesthetics
