A bright and modern venue

Part of a rejuvenation of downtown Detroit, the One Campus Martius expansion adds more than 300,000 square feet of modern space for offices, retail and restaurants, as well as an attractive new 26,000-square-foot venue for corporate and community events. Encased in curved glass curtainwall, this freshly modern structure now features a 16th-story flexible event space made open and airy with 16-foot-tall glass walls and a wraparound terrace. Using SunGuard® SN 68 on clear glass, the expansion prioritizes natural light and sweeping views of the city – an inspired backdrop for speakers, performers and eventgoers.
