Next-level Learning Experience

Replacing a 1960 school building, the new 350,000 square foot Ballou Senior High facility takes secondary education in the District of Columbia to another level. A striking curved glass entry sets an energetic tone, ushering students and educators into a light-filled two-story dining commons. The commons presents sweeping views of the entire school as well as an inviting central courtyard. SunGuard® SNR 43 on clear glass provides outstanding solar control to help keep the building interior comfortable and energy bills low. With its slight reflectivity and light silver blue color, this low-E glass brings the look together while offering a degree of visual privacy for the young learners inside.
