A Sculpted Sihouette.

252 East 57th Street is a 65-story luxury mixed-use tower in Midtown Manhattan with 169 rental apartments and 95 condominiums. The building's distinctive facade is glazed using geometric inversions in the exterior wall providing views of Central Park, the Queensboro Bridge and the East River. Six distinct glass treatments on the facade include SuperNeutral® 68 on clear glass, acid-etched, fritted and SunGuard® SuperNeutral® 70/41.
