100 Altair reimagines office space with a focus on sustainability and pedestrian-friendly design. The north façade features a transparent curtain wall with operable windows for fresh air and daylight. This mixed-use structure features a 13-story office tower, luxury residences, a ground-floor restaurant and ample green space. Guardian collaborated closely with the architect and glazier to achieve final approvals. It’s the largest Texas installation of this advanced glass type.
The Central Pacific Bank Kahului Branch blends culture, nature and modern design. Multicolored glass panels in shades of blue symbolize Na Wai ʻEha, the region’s four vital water sources. The Field Arts & Events Hall is a cultural hub celebrating Port Angeles’ natural beauty and timber heritage. The region’s first mass timber office harmonizes with its serene, wooded surroundings. The refreshed Rochester Institute of Technology building celebrates innovation of the next generation while respecting the vision of architect Robert Macon. Workers used innovative equipment to safely install the panels, which offer amazing views of the historic downtown and Savannah River due to their transparent and low reflective nature.
St. Anthony North Hospital’s five-story, 133,000-square-foot bed tower expansion brings a modern, welcoming presence to the campus. Thoughtfully designed inpatient rooms maximize views of the surrounding mountains. The newest addition to the Anáhuac Querétaro University Central Mexico campus is an inviting stacked structure combining bold and playful articular forms with bright modern interiors. The design intends to foster academic excellence and human development. Pairs of parallel vertical spandrels divide floor-to-ceiling glass panels with a striking, subtle blue hue. Sustainability and a sense of calm are twin aims guiding the design of the York Judicial Center. The facility consolidates four district and superior courthouses and is the largest courthouse structure in Maine.
