Description of the project

Designed by Viva Architects, Maya Anatolium Tower rises as the prestigious symbol of the region with its mighty appearance in Kartal, the fast-growing district of the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The building gains a strong image thanks in part to the Guardian SunGuard® High Performance 50/32 coated glass used on the facade that helps provide energy efficiency and attracts attention with its lines and structural features inspired by an eagle figure for its strength.
