Description of the project

The Diar Al Hasa residential complex in Al Hofuf, Saudi Arabia is a unique place to live. The community site is divided into six zones with four types of residential units. The project is part of the housing scheme of the Ministry of Housing and also part of the Saudi Government’s national housing Vision for 2030 to provide quality life, unique residential communities and affordable homes for Saudi citizens.

The houses benefit from Guardian's distinctive bronze-colored Guardian SunGuard® DS Bronze T double-silver coated solar control glass. The glass provides high thermal insulation, optimal inside temperatures, while the high external reflection provides some privacy to the building's occupants, and low internal reflection allows clear unobstructed views to the outside.
