Description of the project

The architectural language of Parque da Cidade - SP, signed by Afalo/Gasperini architects, has large volumes and angles as characteristic, which makes the building unique, with ascending and descending lines in the city skyline. This innovative project foresee the integration of corporate, residential and commercial towers, allowing the city to connect with all people.

The material used is SunGuard High Performance AG43 glass, and uses the glass as a versatile and aesthetic element, which reinforces the identity of the complex. This unique glass has a factor of 30,9% of external reflection providing privacy to the client and offers one of the best performances in  heat block, almost 65,5%, due to that, the iconic project became elegible to the LEED ND certification. Even more, because of the unique fabrication process by Guardian, the resemblance of the buildings are remarkable, creating a continuance in the city.
