Designed by the Architects of Sordo Madaleno, the Hyatt Regency Andares is a hotel with luxury apartments across 70,000 square meters. At 173 meters high, the building is the second tallest hotel in the country.

Its glazed facade with Guardian SunGuard Solar Silver 20 coated solar control glass provides solar protection and energy efficiency, as well as having an elegant, sober appearance that integrates perfectly with the purity of the white cement. The tower divides its floors between the hotel and the residences with amenities in both areas surrounded by a tree-lined public square as a connection with its surroundings on the Jalisco skyline.
