Waterside at Xchange

This 25-story, 250,000 square-foot residential structure is home to 403 residences, bordering a four-story parking garage viewable from the New Jersey turnpike. Its curtain wall features neutrally reflective SunGuard SNR 43 on clear glass. Pairs of parallel vertical spandrels divide floor-to-ceiling glass panels with a striking, subtle blue hue. SunGuard SNR 50 on clear glass was also selected to help meet key solar performance, outdoor reflectivity and light transmission goals.
