Description of the project

The building LLUM, located in the Batel area was built with a glass facade that looks like a faceted diamond. The product used, SunGuard Solar LB52, enhances the diamond shape, making the construction shine even more. LLUM is the first residential building in Brazil to receive the LEED Gold precertification, achieved in January 2020. The residency consumes 15% less energy and 20% less water when compared to the standard established by LEED certification.

Due to the use of high performance glass, LLUM has a facade 9% more efficient than the standard for LEED certification. The building was designed so the residents could have the best quality of life.
